Welcome to St Edmund's Youth Group!

If you're not already a member of St Edmund's Youth Group, keep reading for more info about our group, where we meet and how to join.  If you're already a member, check out the Meeting Dates to see when we're meeting next.

Who are we?

We're a small friendly group for young people between the ages of 10 and 18.  We're part of St Edmund's Church in Northwood Hills and are always pleased to welcome new members.  You don't have to be a member of the Church to join - we are open to everyone.

What do we do?

Well...what do you want to do?  We encourage you to let us know what games and events you'd like to happen.  Most evenings are spent inside or outside the Church Hall playing games including:
  • dodge-ball
  • table tennis
  • pool
  • cricket
  • rounders
  • football (with a sponge ball)
We also run a tuck shop with sweets and drinks between 10p and 60p.

Sometimes we have trips out - these include:
  • quasar
  • ten-pin bowling
  • canoeing
We also help out at some of the Church events like the Summer Fair where we run the remote control car race, and the Christmas Bazaar.  Some of us also take part in a band and play carols in the Blessing of the Crib service on Christmas Eve.

Where and when do we meet?

We meet in St Edmund's Church Hall, Pinner Road, Northwood Hills on Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 9pm during term times.  Here's a map to help you find us and a list of meeting dates.

How much does it cost?

It's just 50p each time you come along plus money for the tuck shop if you're hungry!  All the money goes towards running the Youth Group and partially funds the trips out.

Want to join?

Great!  Just come along with 50p on a Wednesday evening between 7pm and 9pm during term time and we'll be pleased to see you.  The first time you come along you'll need to complete a short membership form.

Not sure?  Want more info?

No problem - just contact us and we'll be happy to answer any questions.
